Vegan Dessert Pizzas


If you have leftover pizza dough or are just making pizzas and craving something sweet, these dessert pizzas will make your day! You can create the recipe based off what spreads and fruit you have available. Have fun ;)

here is a blueberry, chocolate and hazelnut pizza

here is a strawberry, tahini, and pecan pizza


 

Ingredients

 

pizza dough (I used a semolina dough)

an oil such as olive, or coconut oil

a spread such as tahini, almond butter, peanut butter, vegan nutella, etc.

Toppings like nuts and fresh or frozen fruit and chocolate!


 

Instructions

 

1. Preheat the oven to 450F with a pizza stone in it.

2. Roll out the pizza dough, take out the preheated pizza stone and carefully lay the dough out. Brush with the oil of choice and then put on your spread. Turn the oven to broil (on high) and bake the pizza for 2 minutes. Add the nuts and bake for another 1-2 minutes before transferring the pizza to a cooling rack and topping it with fruit and or chocolate. Enjoy!
