These are just some ideas of things you could do with leftover mousses, cake scraps, cookies, etc. These were projects after making the Lemon and Blackberry Entremet. Both of them were made so that none of the leftovers were thrown away and as a bonus are super pretty and yummy!
This cake was made with the lavender mousse and cake scraps/florentine scraps. I added some stewed berries, swirled them in and threw it in the freezer. It pretty much tastes like the best ice cream/cheese cake/cake ever!
