This pizza dough is a family favorite. The semolina flour is the secret ingredient, it gives the dough a nice chew and structure. Hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients (makes 2 thick crust pizzas and 3 thin crust)
1 1/2 cups water
1 Tbs olive oil
3 1/3 cup flour
2/3 cup semolina flour
1 Tbs sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp instant yeast
olive oil for greasing
Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix together, once it turns shaggy, dump the dough out on to a clean surface and kneed for 5-10 minutes. The dough should be smooth and not sticking to your hands.
2. Place the dough into a bowl lightly greased with olive oil and let it rest for 2-3 hours.
3. When you are ready to make the pizzas split the dough and roll it out.
