The Best Veggie Burgers (+ baked fries recipe)

These are my favorite burgers. If your looking for an plant based burger that tastes like meat these probably aren't for you but, if your just looking for a delicious vegan burger patty that can be grilled to perfection and tastes crazy good, these are a must! The flavors are perfectly balanced so you get some sweet from the corn and bell peppers, a mellow kick from the chili powder, lots of protein from the black beans and soy and a super satisfying savory taste from the onion & garlic.
I like to serve the patties in Ciabatta Rolls with some lettuce, avocado, tomato and condiments. If your interested in some super easy baked fries, the recipe is down below.

*this recipe is vary vague and can be used to make any amount/type of baked fries
Ingredients
Potatoes
olive oil to coat
suggested seasonings (do a sprinkle of everything to taste)
nutritional yeast
garlic powder
onion powder
salt
pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425f.
2. Chop desired amount of potatoes into fry-shapes. Place into a bowl and toss them in the olive oil and desired seasonings. Spread evenly onto a line tray and bake for about 20 minutes before tossing them around (to get an even browning) and baking for another 20 minutes
3. Serve hot, enjoy!
